About Us For more than 30 years, The Sign Company of Tallahassee has been the Big Bend’s leader in designing, creating, fabricating 
and installing lighted signs. Our signs can be seen dotting the night skies and illuminating the path to business success in shopping centers and professional buildings
throughout the Capital City and beyond. Specializing in architectural, monument and retail signage, each of our creations is custom made – capturing the identity and essence of each of our clients. We are experienced sign makers as well as professional problem-solvers. Because we build each sign from scratch, we successfully produce signs others often will not even attempt. It is our innovative approach to sign making that has been the foundation of our success for three decades. In 1977, company founder Gene Gibson began creating neon signs by fabricating all his work on site, and the company grew steadily along with its reputation for high quality and precision. As Gene’s reputation grew, so did the requests for different kinds of signs, and it was his commitment to meet those needs that led to the company’s growth and long-term success.
